PMB 001 Crank Tight Tensioner - Cool Tool
This is the tool of choice for high tension on requirements with .030" stainless steel banding and stainless buckles. The spin style PMB 001 Crank Tight Tensioner will develop up to 2,400 lbs of tension to secure heavy signs, traffic signals, heavy pipe covering on pipelines, control boxes / enclosure hanging, hose fitting securement, pipe bundling, communication product securement and marine/construction projects. The tool features a cutter to cut the strap after tensioning so the strap can be pushed down between the buckle tabs before they are hammered down.
The tool is drop forged for durability and features a spring on the cutter handle, a retaining clasp on the threaded rod and a vinyl coated cut off handle. The PMB 001 can be used with 3/8" to 3/4" stainless banding up to .030" thick

PMB 101 Ratchet Tensioner / Cutter
The PMB 101 is a heavy duty ratchet banding tool that winds the banding around a slotted windlass shaft to develop tension. The tool is fast, reliable and features a cutter to cut the strap before it is pushed down between the wing seal tabs. The tool also features a hammer knob to hammer down and close the wing - clip ears / tabs.
The PMB 101 tensions and cuts stainless steel strap 3/8" x .015" up to 3/4" x .025" in low to normal tension requirements with wing seals / clips. (For very high tension and .030" stainless banding and stainless buckles, use the PMB 001 Crank Tite Tensioner).

PMB 1902 Tensioner
The 1902 Ratchet Tensioner is a compact, easy to use and quick tensioning tool ideal for securing insulation pipe covering / insulation or other light tension applications. The tool features one handed operation and a rack re-set lever to obtain more tension travel. The 1902 Tensioner is for use with .015" to .025" thick banding in 3/8" to 3/4" widths.
